Office Hours

Our offices are open:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Evening appointments are available throughout the week.

Physician appointments begin at 9:00 AM. To schedule an appointment, please call our office after 8:00 AM.

Well-Child Visits

Routine well-child visits are available:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Preventive pediatric visits are scheduled according to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines and include growth and developmental screenings, immunizations, and age-appropriate health guidance.

New & Expecting Parents

Complimentary Prenatal Consultations

Choosing a pediatrician is an important decision. We offer free prenatal consultations for expecting parents who would like to meet our providers, learn about our practice, and ask questions before their baby arrives.

Sick Child Appointments

If your child becomes ill, we offer same-day sick appointments whenever possible during regular office hours.

If your child’s primary pediatrician is unavailable, another physician or pediatric nurse practitioner within our practice will be happy to provide care.

Please note: Sick visits are intended to evaluate your child’s illness and cannot be combined with a routine well-child exam.

Prescription Refills

Please request prescription refills during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Prescription refills are not processed by the on-call provider after hours or on weekends unless medically necessary.

Arriving Late

We understand that unexpected delays happen.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on the schedule, you may be worked into the next available opening or asked to reschedule your appointment.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

Keeping scheduled appointments allows us to provide timely care for all of our patients.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day appointments require a minimum of two hours’ notice for cancellation.
• Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to a $100 fee, which is not covered by insurance.
• Families with three or more missed appointments within a calendar year, or a pattern of excessive no-shows, may be asked to transfer care to another practice.

While we attempt to provide appointment reminders as a courtesy, it remains the responsibility of each family to keep track of scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of your child’s visit.

This includes:

• Insurance co-pays
• Outstanding account balances
• Services not covered by your insurance plan

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Please bring your current insurance information to every visit. The accompanying parent or legal guardian is responsible for payment at the time of service.

Consent to Treat a Minor

If your child is being seen without a parent or legal guardian present, a signed Consent for Treatment of a Minor form must be on file before the appointment.

Specialist Referrals

For patients enrolled in an HMO insurance plan, referrals to specialists must be requested at least five business days before your appointment, unless the visit is an emergency.

Referrals may be faxed directly to the specialist or picked up at one of our offices.

Please note that insurance companies do not allow referrals to be backdated. Without a valid referral, you may be financially responsible for services provided by the specialist.
