What to Bring to Your First Visit
Please bring your child’s immunization records (if transferring from another practice), insurance card, photo ID, and a list of current medications or allergies. If your child has seen specialists before, those records help our board-certified providers pick up your child’s care with zero gaps.

We accept most major private insurance plans, and proudly serve families on Meridian, Blue Cross Community, Molina, YouthCare, and All Kids, along with Anthem, Aetna, Humana, United Healthcare, and Cigna. We’re also on staff at St. Alexius Medical Center and Sherman Hospital, so if your baby is born at either location, our team can be involved in their care from day one. As with any provider, please verify with your specific carrier that we’re in-network before your visit.

How do I switch my child to a new pediatrician?
Call our office, and we’ll help request records from your previous pediatrician while getting your first appointment scheduled. There’s no need to wait for a referral to switch practices.
What insurance does Associates in Pediatrics accept?
